Absolutely one of my favorite places to eat outdoors. So Serena and the food is always outstanding. The chocolate almond amaretto ice cream is a must try!!!

This place is the best, and not just the food, but the location is awesome for kids! And for everyone to see nature!! You can even somewhat hike against the river and I love it, there’s even ducks in the river! The river makes this place special and when you have family or friends, it’s better!!

Busy for a reason. Really good hamburgers- fresh ingredients and can't beat the streamside tables and a chance for the kids to wade and get wet. Cash only.

Love this place! It can be chaotic when full, but it’s to be expected since it’s just a little place. As long as you know the deal (step up to order, step back to wait) and don’t bring the entire family in to wait for food, things move pretty quickly. Ice cream is delicious, cheesesteaks in the ATV rolls are the best! And nothing beats an extra thick red bull! The only reason I’m ever annoyed here is when people are not following the signs for ordering or waiting for food.

Small, local restaurant that's a favorite with locals. Food is great & inexpensive. They also make their own ice cream which is delicious. Be sure to try their milkshakes too. You order inside and take your food outside to eat at a picnic table overlooking a creek. A popular and usually busy place.

There are better places. First forgot 1 of my burgers. Ok mistakes happen. Then when I ask for my sundae a certain way not what I asked for. Just got it like every one else's. Sad thing the person that took the order repeated back to me puzzled. I repeated it and than the same person that took the order made it and still made it wrong. 1 mistake ok but to repeat and make another is just wrong and not crowded either. Shell's and Cone better.

Boehringers just opened for the season, they have measures in place to help keep everyone safe.The food was great, they have stuff like burgers, fries, shakes, ice cream. It's a perfect stop whether it's on your journey or if it's your destination

This place is always packed. So I really expected a down home local flavor. The food was less than ho hum. The only thing charming about the place was the wild mallards that politely beg from a distance.

Wonderful place for young and old! Old fashioned hot dogs, burgers, fries, sandwiches and ice cream. Enjoy the large outdoor wooden-bench style seating during the day or evening. The shallow creek behind the building is perfect for kids to wade in and watch the ducks play! Shaded areas are available. Not many places like this where a family of four can eat for $20!

Wonderful place to eat with kiddos. The prices are very reasonable and the creek out back is the perfect distraction while you wait. DO be prepared to wait, it's popular--and rightly so. (We did go on a Friday @ 5.) Maybe also bring the kids a change of clothes.

Food is good. Except last evening when we were there, I ordered food from one end of the building and while waiting I ran over to the other end to order icecream. In the meantime he came out with my food and very rudely said next time stay over there... well if I come and it happens again, there won't be a next time. Think about this, some people might be going through a rough time right now and that could be the last thing they need to hear. And I heard through a few other people that they got treated rather rudely by a few staff about masks. So lose the attitude and lose the kid

So we found this place on the way home from zip lining at Refreshing Mountain (25 mins away). Lost in time, in a good way. . Burgers, Dogs, shakes, fries- wonderful. Outside seating by creek. Ducks. Low key. Relaxed. Respectfully and kind staff- young folks. Last word- spotless bathroom. Hats off to these people. They have been at this spot for decades.

This is a great place for burgers fries ice cream and homemade root beer. They make their own ice cream and serve floats, splits and other ice cream treats. currently you need to order with a mask on (covid 19).
